The Magistrate Judges will provide a draft of their Uniform Practice Standards. Practitioners are invited to attend and share their thoughts on the format and content of the Practice Standards.

The draft Standards are available HERE. Practitioners are asked to direct their comments to Dana Collier at the FFA who will forward the comments to the Court.

The draft Standards are the written materials for this program.
