Bankruptcy Bench Bar Roundtable Committee – Michael Schuster, Chair

The Bankruptcy Bench Bar Roundtable is an afternoon of open discussion of bankruptcy law and practice in Colorado. This program is a discussion group format; there are no panelists or speakers! As an attendee, you participate in successive small discussion groups on wide ranging issues relating to bankruptcy law and practice. Each of the discussion groups will include approximately ten practitioners, two facilitators, and a current U.S. Bankruptcy Judge. The event is held in odd-numbered years.
