District of Colorado Mediator Directory

The United States District Court for the District of Colorado does not offer settlement conferences as a matter of course. See the Local Rules at D.C.Colo.LCivR 16.6. To assist litigants and counsel in their search for private mediators, the Court invited the Faculty of Federal Advocates (FFA) to develop this website. Mediation is a flexible, non-binding, confidential process in which a neutral person with no decision making power in the case helps the parties to negotiate a mutually agreeable case resolution. Neither the Court nor the FFA verifies the credentials listed by the mediators on this page, monitors the directory members, or plays a role in the hiring, compensation, or discipline of mediators who join the directory. Litigants are encouraged to conduct a careful review of the background and credentials of any mediator hired from the directory. This site, containing each mediator’s contact information, is searchable, including by subject matter expertise and by mediator experience level.
