Dedicated to improving the quality of legal practice in Colorado's federal courts.
Our new reality for now is virtual. With social distancing, current norms require litigators to do a host of acts virtually. This includes settlement conferences conducted by Zoom, WebEx, or other platforms. This panel will focus on considerations for navigating virtual settlement conferences successfully, providing perspectives from both the plaintiff and defense side, and the court. The ethical implications involved with these conferences will be also be discussed by the panelists.
