The FFA is continuing our hit CLE series on Trial Skills with a program on opening statements! Experienced trial practitioners Troy Rackham and Jennifer Beck, as well as Magistrate Judge Timothy O’Hara, will discuss strategy behind cross examination, including impeachment, tone and word choice, delivery, and pitfalls to avoid. The panel will illustrate these principles by conducting demonstrations of effective cross-examinations, benefitting both newer and experienced attorneys.
