Dedicated to improving the quality of legal practice in Colorado's federal courts.
Alfred A. Arraj Courthouse Jury Assembly Room 901 19th Street, Denver (This will not be offered as a webinar.)
Over the last two years, the generative artificial intelligence (GAI) tools available to lawyers and judges have made remarkable advances — more than a few lawyers have made well-publicized missteps when using this technology. In this CLE, two members of the Colorado Supreme Court Standing Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct and its Supreme Court liaison will lead a discussion of the ways GAI is impacting the practice of law and the ethical rules, with a particular focus on the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, which provide the standards of professional responsibility for attorneys practicing in the District of Colorado, see D.C.Colo.LAttyR 2.
2 general/1.2 ethics CLE credits granted.
