Join us for this CLE webinar discussion that includes the history of digital forensics, with a focus on the present and future of technology and how it intersects with the legal system. This presentation includes a discussion of the four steps of digital forensics (identification, preservation, analysis and presentation) with a major focus on the identification and preservation phases. Mr. Roloff will explain digital forensic evidence categories focusing on mobile devices, electronic service providers, and "old school" hard drive forensics. A discussion of Cellebrite tools, extraction methods, their report generation processes, and how to understand what you may (or may not) be missing when you receive content from an opposing side will also occur.
