The United States Sentencing Commission has released amendments to the Sentencing Guidelines for the first time in five years. This has created new sentencing parameters in criminal cases, and will raise ex post facto issues in sentencing hearings for the foreseeable future. In this webinar, the speakers will discuss each specific proposed amendment, and provide strategies for framing and litigating these amendments for the most effective advocacy.
