Federal Magistrate Judges Scott Varholak and Reid Neureiter respond and react to comments from hundreds of questionnaires submitted by lawyers who have appeared before them. Judges Varholak and Neureiter recently received the compiled results of questionnaires sent to lawyers who have practiced before them. The evaluations included narrative sections allowing lawyers to give anonymous suggestions, comments, and complaints about how the judges do their jobs. This CLE will see the Judges respond to the comments and hopefully foster a dialog with members of the federal bar on how to make the practice in federal court more efficient and just.
