Judge Hegarty will present an overview of 2020 in the District of Colorado, including trial outcomes, ADR activity, consent before magistrate judges, adjustments due to COVID, and other useful information. Judge Hegarty's analysis of court filings and trials in the District provides critical data for all attorneys who litigate in federal court in Colorado and for their clients. He will touch on ethical issues as they relate to the cases litigated.
