In the third installment of the Faculty of Federal Advocates’ series of CLEs on “Litigation in the Time of COVID-19,” a panel of experienced criminal law practitioners will discuss the impact of COVID-19 on federal criminal cases.  The panel will include Dru Nielsen, a partner with Eytan Nielsen, LLC, JD Rowell, the Criminal Division Chief for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado and Warren R. Williamson, the First Assistant at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for Colorado and Wyoming.  It will be moderated by Ryan Bergsieker, a Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP; and Elisabeth Owen, an attorney at Franklin D. Azar & Associates.
